The Church of San PEdro
Gateway to more of nature’s wonders, my time in the quaint village of San Pedro is short as we prepare to undertake a 3 day 4×4 adventure into Bolivia across chilly moutainous terrain/salt flats/desert.
I could stay in this town and enjoy more of its laid back, rustic feel. Geared up for tourists it is not ruined by tourism. Tourism makes it what it is which is a delightfully sleepy and charismatic charm of a pueblo. It is at altitude but nothing compared to what lies ahead…
We located a local eatery which was far less pricey than touristy, more appealing ones, but the vegetable tortillas were outstanding. Hmm-mmm.
