Ordering Currently only Photogravure Etchings can be purchased through this site. Please contact Astrid directly for any enquiry relating to ordering prints, licensing images or to discuss a private commission. Please email astrid@astridharrisson.com and you will receive a response within 48 hours.
Payment PayPal is accepted through this website, but other methods of payment can be arranged, including personal cheque, credit card or online transfer – please discuss your preferred method of payment at the time of ordering. GBP, USD, EUR and other currencies can be accepted by PayPal.
Privacy Policy Your personal information will not be shared with any third parties, except for any suppliers that process data on Astrid’s behalf or may require your details for delivery purposes. If PayPal is used to make payment, rest assured that PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. Your financial information is not shared with Astrid (the Merchant) and once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for your transaction.
Delivery Please allow 28 days for delivery, longer for etchings which may have to be printed and can take up to 6 weeks. Should you require your item sooner, please contact Astrid at the above address and for an additional fee of £10, your order can be fast-tracked. Turnaround times will depend on the contents of your order.
Delivery charges All delivery within Mainland UK is included for print orders of £250 and over. For orders under £250, a £5 P&P fee applies at the checkout. Delivery charges for framed products vary according to size of frame and will be between £25 and £50 (Mainland UK) – charges will be advised upon ordering. If additional delivery charges apply they will be advised prior to shipping and invoiced with the order. Please enquire if you wish to find out costs or discuss picking up your product in person.
Returns If you are not sufficiently happy with your product, you may return it, but please confirm this is what you intend to do within 48 hours of receipt. Goods must be returned within 7 working days of giving this notice. Providing these terms are met, a full refund will be given, although P&P costs cannot be refunded.

Travel For private commissions, travel costs will vary, although fuel charges on Mainland UK are 50p/mile from Southampton.
