Privacy Policy Your personal information will not be shared with any third parties, except for any suppliers that process data on Astrid’s behalf or may require your details for delivery purposes. If PayPal is used to make payment, rest assured that PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. Your financial information is not shared with Astrid (the merchant) and once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for your transaction.
Travel Costs are 50p/mile from Newbury – international commissions can be arranged.
Delivery All delivery within Mainland UK is included for prints only. Please allow 28 days for delivery. Should you require your item sooner, please contact Astrid at the above address and for an additional fee of £10, your order can be fast-tracked. Turnaround times will depend on the contents of your order.
Delivery charges Delivery charges of framed products vary according to size of frame and will be between £25 and £50 (Mainland UK) – charges will be advised upon ordering. If additional delivery charges apply they will be advised prior to shipping and invoiced with the order. Please enquire if you wish to find out costs or discuss picking up your product in person.
Returns If you are not sufficiently happy with your product, you may return it, but please confirm this is what you intend to do within 48 hours of receipt. Goods must be returned within 7 working days of giving this notice. Providing these terms are met, a full refund will be given, although packaging and postage costs cannot be returned.
